dj got us fallin' in love.

as my mama always says, 'it's all in who you know.' i cannot tell you how many times this has worked in my favor, including snagging some free usher tickets! i have a friend, her and her boy toy were going to go, they broke up, she gave the tickets to me...for free.
so i grabbed a friend (she hearts usher), we got ghetto fabulous, and we went to the show. we sat stage right about 8 rows up. there were some hilarious girls in front of us that kept a constant flow of alcohol going which only made them more funny as the night progressed.
glammed up for usher
akon opened for usher and did a fantastic job of getting the crowd dancin' and pumped for usher. and let's just say, he looks mighty fine in all white.
usher took the stage next....and by took the stage i mean he flew over the audience on a platform and landed on the stage. the hour and a half long show consisted of dancers, fireworks, confetti and a little bit of scandal. let's just say the show was definitely not "G" rated. those parts aside it was a fun night of dancing, picture taking and building memories, ending with a little jimmy john's.
